The location was superb with easy access to subway stations and eateries. Clean room with all supplies needed. Rooftop bar was a nice touch. Staff could improve attitude at reception. Credit card issues and room cleaning frequency were drawbacks. However, the manager helped with room change due to small standard rooms.

The staff and breakfast were top-notch. However, the room was small, and the gym lacked space. Little hiccups with room size and AC, but overall a great Americana experience with a European touch.

Loved the refreshing snacks and super friendly staff. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud with fluffy pillows, and the room was spic and span. Grabbed breakfast on the run and found it fresh and yummy. Relaxing in their rooftop bar was a no-go with the loud parties, but the overall stay was superb, no doubt. Rooms - cozy and modern. Awesome city views too! 😊

The rooftop bar was a delightful spot to unwind and enjoy the city views. However, the inconsistency in staff attitudes and misinformation from them was a slight downside, but overall, the clean room and nice amenities made for a pleasant stay. The only notable issue was the occasional rat sightings near the hotel entrance which was concerning, but it did not impact the comfort of my room.

Wowza! my favorite part of the stay was the bed - super comfy! 🛏️ location was 🔥, close to subway🚇. A bit crowded and disorganized, but front desk girl was lovely. Rooms were modern & clean, but a tad small for 2. Staff was friendly and helpful. 😊

The room was small and cozy, especially the bathroom. There were no drawers or storage space for our luggage.

Our room was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided complimentary snacks and water, a nice touch. The location in the Financial District was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend staying at Indigo.
